  • Involve directly in claims settling and recovery for marine cargo underwriters globally (Marine & Aviation)
  • Liaise with surveyors, claimants, and other relevant parties to investigate the cargo claim
  • Assess policy liability in accordance to policy terms and conditions and prepare recommendations for cargo underwriters
  • Negotiate with claimants on behalf of cargo underwriter in terms of settlement and denial of claim
  • Analyze terms of the contract of carriage, identify the applicable governing laws and international conventions, and negotiate with carriers, P & I Clubs and liable third parties for settlement on recovery claims.
  • Provide advice and defend our clients for forwarder liability claims
  • Independently travel and visit clients in the Asia region to market company's services
