HR Business Partner for Risk Advisory, Financial Advisory Services & Internal Client Services Functions
- Work with Business Leaders with workforce planning, succession planning & resources monitoring;
- Work with counterparts in HRBP team and Talent Acquisition team to run talent attraction programs, sourcing talents for the function using different sourcing tools;
- Manage approval and recruitment for vacant positions, provide offer letter;
- Manage new hire communication and new hire orientation process;
- Support mass recruitment activities and employer branding initiative;
- Manage Performance Management process & tool;
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions);
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention;
- Coach the Leadership team ensuring that they are delivering on their purpose and inspiring their teams;
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies;
- Manage delivery of approved training and development programs;
- Provide career development programs, and implement career development programs for the function;
- Deliver change programs - deliver continuous organizational and productivity improvements;
- Measure organizational health and lead appropriate employee engagement and reward and recognition strategies.
- Manage and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations;
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation;
- Perform HR projects as required
