• Responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction.
• Prepare tender and contract documents in accordance with the building and construction regulations, including bills of quantities material quantity and take off.
• Prepare, analyse and track expenses and costing for tenders and projects.
  Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Allocate work to subcontractors, suppliers, and ensure prompt and quality delivery through contractual obligations.
• Preparation of progress claim, final accounts, settlement and subcontractor payments.
• Formulated comprehensive and technically substantiated supporting documents for variation orders, adopting an engineering-oriented approach to strengthen claims, and successfully managed the submission and negotiation of claims.
• Oversaw end-to-end material procurement for the project, liaising with suppliers to plan and schedule deliveries in accordance with construction progress, while efficiently managing daily procurement of miscellaneous and urgent materials.

4) Design,Bid and Build of public housing at Tengah Garden District contracts 3&7 and common green-Subcontract for supply of labour and material to complete the reinforced concrete works ( Package 4) ( $17,865,464.26)

5) Design,Bid and Build of public housing at Tengah Garden District contracts 3&7 and common green-Subcontract for supply of labour and material to complete the external works ( $14,383,332.27)

Managed property valuation for government shantytown redevelopment and acquisition projects, preparing detailed appraisal reports to support demolition and resettlement, and liaising with both government agencies and affected residents to expedite the acquisition process.
