- Perform daily, Monthly, & Yearly preventive maintenance
- Hands on Troubleshooting of semiconductor automation machines
- Checking for any defects on Centrifugal heat exchanging pumps such as Grundfos and Edwards Fore pumps
- Overhauling and Changing parts such as seals, Filters, greasing shafts and regularly cleaning clogged pipes for better water flow and pressure, removing any debris and sediments
- Assist Engineers in reporting machines troubleshooting problems, troubleshooting steps
- Train newly hired technicians and lead a team of own shift technicians
- Calibrating Machines, cleaning of dust and dirt
- Checking for leakage in water pipes, unusual sounds, vibrations in pumps and tighten any loosen parts, replace worn out bearings, realigning if there is any misalign parts, adjusting the tensions, applying sealants and lubrications
- Work together with overseas vendors such as JNR and Mb on machine improvements and modification projects Software upgrade, installing new parts such as bad product rejectors and new alarm system to improve troubleshooting timings
- Complete preventive maintenance on set schedules
- Install new systems and parts with efficient approach
- Monitor spare parts inventory and address shortages with purchasing personnel
- Test components and systems to evaluate performance and identify concerns
- Maintain strong focus on safety and efficiency to provide comprehensive support to personnel performing skilled repairs
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnosis on malfunctioning equipment such as power generators, cooling water pumps, wire connections for any short circuit, Mechanical re-calibration of machine according to the original parameters if any of them shifted during production, tighten components, replace worn out bearings.
