• Ceiling and Partition Work:
• Prepared and applied wall putty to repair and smooth surfaces before painting.

• EM Lock and Card Reader Troubleshooting
• · EM Locks:Confirm the power rating (usually 12V or 24V). Use a multimeter to measure the voltage at the lock.
• Card Reader:Check if the LED indicator is on. If not, check the power connections
• Inspect Cabling:Ensure that there are no loose or broken wires, especially at connection points like power terminals
• · Power Backup:If the system is connected to a backup battery, make sure it is charged and supplying the correct voltage.

Locker and Cabinet Repairs and Installation:

• Inspected and repaired staff lockers, ensuring secure and functional installations.
• Repaired and installed patient cabinet drawers, ensuring alignment and usability.
• Plumbing Repairs:
• Identified and rectified water leaks in pipes, replacing damaged sections and applying sealant.
• Repaired toilet basin supply issues, ensuring effective operation and addressing any leaks or blockages.
• CCTV instillation and maintenance
• Run cables from the cameras to the DVR/NVR.
  For PoE cameras, a single Ethernet cable will carry both power and video.
  Secure the cables to avoid tangling or exposure to weather conditions.
  
  Connect the cameras to the DVR/NVR using the cables.
  Ensure each camera’s feed is visible on the monitor.
  
  Connect the power supply to the cameras if they aren’t PoE.
  Power on the DVR/NVR and monitor.
  
• Check cameras for damage, dirt, or obstruction.
  Inspect cables and connections to ensure they are intact and not exposed.
  Verify power supply and ensure there are no voltage fluctuations.
  
• Clean lenses with a soft, non-abrasive cloth to remove dust or moisture.
  Ensure outdoor cameras are free from spider webs, rain spots, or snow build-up.

• Installation of devices and cabling for CCTV, ACS and PA Systems is responding to maintenance calls and troubleshooting devices.

• Install, test and repair faults associated to systems of commercial and government clients.

• Read and understand product manuals, drawings and blueprints.

• Communicate effectively with clients, answering questions and concerns regarding the systems.

• Fully install PA and Fire Alarms to various security devices of the clients.

• Maintain accurate records of client service calls and information into company's database.
