Ø Vendor and supplier coordination:

· Manage relationship with domestic and international suppliers for timely procurement of material and component.

· Monitor supplier performance lead time and quality metrics.

Ø Material planning an inventory control:

· Collaborate with production, planning and R&D teams to ensure timely availability of RAW materials, especially for EV - specific component like batteries, motors and controllers.

· Optimize inventory levels using JIT, Kanban, Kaizen methodologies to reduce carrying cost.

Ø Cost and logistics optimization:

· Develop and implement cost saving strategies in procurement, shipping and warehousing.

Ø ERP and Documentation:

· Maintain accurate records of imports, purchase orders and inventory in ERP system (SAP modules)

Ø Import Operation Management:
