 I am a prolific reader who extensively reads on fictional ( crime and thriller novels) and non-fictional (self -enrichment, political, business and economics) to gain knowledge and expose  myself to new ideas, concepts and perspectives on the subjects that interest me the most. I have also written a blog of 15 episodes on family and love in 2021 during pandemic movement restriction year. 

Research has improved my life is every ways leading me for a better well-being and mental health. It also helps me to think analytically and allow me to ask questions and view the world in different perspectives
