I took on the position of an Admin Assistant in Gleneagles Hospital in Year 2007.
I was transferred to Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital in Year 2012 and was promoted to an Admin Officer. In Year 2017, I was promoted to an Admin Executive till at present.

1) Create PR and liaise with vendors
2) Ensure GR is done for all PR raised
3) Ensure appropriate quotes are obtained when raising PR as per MMD requirements
4) Ensure CER is raised and completed annually all approved item.
5) Liaise with centre Managers and the supervisors for daily operational needs
6) To oversee new staff basic needs, eg. Applying for necessary IT user access, making of name stamp, printing of name card etc
7) Maintain overtime/ time off data for all relevant staff
8) Ensure confidentiality of all transaction
9) Responsible for general office duties and ad hoc assignments
10) Collate data according to requirements
11) Provide reception support if needed
12) Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by respective supervisor.
