Singing, reading books, watching, cooking
I grew up in a musically inclined family. Both of my parents loves to sing, karaoke and listening to music is our past time back in the Philippines. Living abroad away from family, music has always played a big part. I was able to share this with our patients. Most of our patients in Singapore are of old age with dementia and I would usually sing verses of Mandarin or Malay songs and they would sing along.
I read books of different genres. But mostly, I'm into motivational and self help books. I would just sit on the couch or in the park while reading and enjoying the sunset.
I also enjoy watching movies or series on my days off while munching on dishes that I cooked. I love cooking and eating at the same time. I love to try on new dishes and experiment recipes. Food is always good when shared with good people.
