- Research, design and develop mechanical part including tools for machine using computer aided software such as Solidwork and AutoCAD
- Provide technical guidance and direction and hands-on resource for projects and technical support activities

- Participate and lead in the conceptual development on the assigned project and oversee the scheduling and implementation
- Support manufacturing operation in troubleshooting and resolve issues related to CNC machine

- Schedule repairing and document routine maintenance of master equipment according to maintenance schedule and test equipment
- Responsible in preparation of documentation such as create checklist, Risk Assessment (RA) and machine calibration inspection
- Liaise with vendor to coordinate onsite Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule.
