• Responsible for all structural activities like Excavation, ERSS, RC works etc.
• Planning and monitoring the Structural & Architectural work in Project
• Calculation of quantity of materials & manpower required and arrangement.
• Pre assessment for ordering materials to rectify defects
• Preparing defect list and Arrange work schedule for Rectify with onground team
• Prepare Traffic control plan, As-build drawing and Trailhole Report
• Arrange & Record Quality inspection along with RTO.
• Preparing & monitoring the schedule.

Project Handled: Proposed New Road Connection to seletar link and widening of tampines expressway (Construct Bridge Deck slab & open/closed drain)

• Responsible for all structural activities like Piling, Excavation, ERSS, RC works etc.
• Planning and monitoring the Structural work in Project.
• Calculation of quantity of materials & manpower required and arrangement.
• Preparation of Traihole Report & As-built drawing
• Marking TBM level points, Invert level,Slope gradient,Excavation depth with using level instrument.
• Preparing & monitoring the schedule.
• Arrange & Record Quality inspection of Materials and Structures along with RTO.
• Oversaw quality control processes by conducting regular inspections, addressing non-compliance issues promptly, and implementing corrective actions to uphold project standards consistently.

Project Handled: Under ground cable&pipe installation work (High tension cable),

• Prepare Traffic control plan(TCP) & NCE Detection Drawings(Cable,Gas,Telecom) & ESS Drawings using Autocad,
• Plan purchase for cable,gas,telco & NCE Submission
• Prepare and Submission of Project claims
• Prepare Traihole Report & As-built drawing
• Prepare the site work Progress Report and Site Sketch using AutoCad.
• Prepare and update all documents required as per contract.
• Attending NCE Site meetings.
• Update work location using LTA PROMPT
• Prepare and Monitoring ROA Work schedule
• Helping project managers to plan the work programme.
• Resolving problems and implementing improvements.
