This project is a POC project, It is migrating the existing Sitecore content into AEM using the AEM Guides approach, there are around 33k+ documents in Sitecore , so as part of this project is to migrate the content along with metadata into AEM.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Worked on CAAS module to expose the content from AEM to consuming applications
• Coordinated with cross-department teams like QA, DevOps, and Support to ensure seamless end-to-end software delivery process.
• Drove customer satisfaction by prioritizing feature requests based on detailed analysis of user feedback and market trends.
• Coordinated with stakeholders to define project requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Worked On Migrating the Sitecore data into AEM dita content using the groovy script
• Worked on AEM backend services and Workflows to process the DITA Map Post generation customizations.
• Worked on migrating different content types into Dita format
• Worked on Workflows to update content references from Dita content

DISH Network Corporation is an American television provider of pay television and retail wireless services. This Project is migrating the legacy dish.com site which is in .net technology to AEM by creating the components and templates from scratch and migrate it into live site.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Enhanced system performance with thorough code reviews, debugging, and optimization techniques.
• Led a team of developers to successfully deliver high-quality software projects on time and within budget constraints.
• Worked on services related to add-on functionality.
• Worked on workflows to replicate the content for preview server.
• RTE customizations for styling feature.
• Rest client connector wrapper to make the generic rest calls from AEM.

Project Description:

This project is developing site for Kennametal Company, which is a global industrial technology leader delivering productivity to customers through materials science, tooling and wear-resistant solutions. Customers across aerospace, earthworks, energy, general engineering and transportation turn to Kennametal to help them manufacture with precision and efficiency. The site provide all the info related to KMT products , so the consumers able to purchase the required products from the site.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Working on promo functionality to render the product related promotions based on authenticated user
• Worked on Hybris API integration with AEM to get the product related info and render in AEM UI.
• Worked on some enhancements on the site
• Mentored junior developers through regular 1-on-1 meetings, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and career growth opportunities.
• Coordinated with cross-department teams like QA, DevOps, and Support to ensure seamless end-to-end software delivery process.

Project Description:

This project is to migrate existing CMS(KNOVA) to AEM with XML addon extension, KB is used to provide content to reps to find information related to devices functionality, device trouble shooting steps, software release notes and etc.., this content will be consumed by multiple internal and external users apps by directly accessing the site pages or API calls.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Involved in the Content migration from KNOVA to AEM
• Integration of XML addon to AEM
• Adding customization to XML documentation based on business requirements
• Creating services to export the content from AEM to external consuming apps.
• Interact with business on the requirements and work on implementation.
• Customize the existing OOTB xml dita components based on requirements.
• Creating custom workflows to map generation and replication of pages.
• Creating event handlers and scheduled corn jobs
• Collaborate with the team on the implementation, clarify if they have any doubts.

Title : Infomanager Redesign

Migrating an existing customer care agents facing application to AEM. IM Redesign is used to provide Verizon wireless plans, updates, device specifications, promotions and device technical issue. When customer calling for information about Verizon wireless products to customer care, agents will find the related contents in this application.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• I have played a major role in the development of this application from the scratch, providing customised articles for every user based on the roles, market and channel user belongs
• Involved with component and template design and designing architecture
• Development and enhancement of components and templates for meeting the business requirements.
• Working on OSGI services for the application development
• Creating event handlers to call REST API calls to post date from AEM
• Worked on AEM customization on page creation, page access and audit logs
• Involved in the AEM migration from AEM 5.6 to AEM 6.3 to AEM 6.5
• Migrate existing functionalities from classic UI to Coral UI

Migrate existing an indirect agent facing application to AEM, this application is used to provide Verizon wireless plans and updates to indirect agents to sell and support Verizon products. Indirect agents sell Verizon products to the customer.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Creating components, templates and custom widgets
• Created services based on requirements
• Created Custom Workflows and Configuring Workflow Launchers.
• Adding new features to RTE plugin like word paragraph format, anchor link and Excel table functionalities
• Adapted quickly to new technologies and programming languages, enhancing overall team productivity.
• Collaborated on stages of systems development lifecycle from requirement gathering to production releases.

As Thomson Reuters begins migrating hundreds of websites authored in multiple development languages, situated on disparate software platforms with varying degrees of information organization to a single WCMS, it is necessary to look for efficiencies in design, development and measurement, as well as improvements to security and privacy. Equally important is improving the overall experience of visiting and using these sites for current and potential customers. This occurs when we have a deep understanding of individual customers, specific customer roles and general customer needs. Understanding fosters relationships, which in turn creates more opportunities to engage and capture growth by suggesting the right information, products and services at the right time.
