Maintaining day to day communication and coordination with different divisions with regard to all vendors, Business correspondence, Ensuring adequate office infrastructure, as per required plans and execution for various upcoming projects and branches. Negotiating and finalizing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) of Utility and Administration Equipment; handling of Leave & License Agreements (Annual Maintenance Contract, Property’, labour Contract, etc.)., Liaising with Govt. officials like Collector, Commissioner and Superintendent of BMC, MTNL, BSES, Electricity Board, Pollution control Board, Local Govt. authorities, Excise Dept, Financial institutes and other Govt. Officials, etc. securing necessary permissions, sanctions and approvals for smooth project execution. Coordinating with the govt. authorities for all formalities and seamless execution of organizational work., Participating in the preparation and renewal of service agreements, involving updating of entire documentation. Timely submitting MIS reports & preparing Admin Budget (yearly, Quarterly & monthly) presentation for reviewing performance & facilitating strategic decision making., Handling Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) compliances, ensuring that all necessary regulations and procedures are meticulously followed for foreign nationals. Assisting all foreign students with their registration process upon arrival, ensuring all required documents are accurately completed and submitted to the FRRO. Coordinating the application process for Visa extensions, residence permits, and other relevant approvals, maintaining up to date knowledge of immigration laws and requirements. Educating foreign students about FRRO requirements and assisting them in understanding their responsibilities to ensure smooth compliance process., Coordinated a variety of events, from fundraisers and sports tournaments to cultural celebrations and industrial visits, overseeing all aspects from conceptualization to execution Collaborated with faculty, student organizations, and volunteers to plan event logistics, secure resources, and ensure successful outcomes. Managed event budgets, meticulously tracking expenses and revenue, and negotiating contracts with vendors to optimize cost-effectiveness. Developed impactful promotional materials and marketing strategies to increase event awareness and participation among students, parents, and the community.
