• Proposed Building works for whole ward 41 at Level 4,Main building at National University Hospital, Singapore.
• Creation of Prosthetics and Orthotics workshop at Level 4, Outram Community Hospital, Singapore.
• Creation of Innovation Centre at Level 2, Outram Community hospital, Singapore.

• A Factory building, Leading Hand embroidery exports Company in Chennai (Vastrakala Exports) with PEB module measuring 46,500 Sq Ft.

• Reviewing submittal's prior to the submission to the consultant
• Method of statement, delivery schedules to conform compliance with the requirements of the project
• Ensure the civil obstruction have been cleared to the MEP contractors with MEP activities
• Engage with authority at beginning of project to insure that all temporary utilities (power and water) are provided on time and do the same with closing out of project to ensure disconnection of utility services
• Ensure the harmonies working relationship between the contractor and the consultants, understanding that open communication and team work are to be promoted and that an adversarial management style.
• Coordinating between MEP and civil drawings at the site
• Coordination and attending meeting with subcontractors, contractor & consultant, client, supplier

• Proposed Design and Building to Orthotics Service at Basement 2, Children Tower

• To check, inspect and review the auto components such as pistons, liners, fasteners, rubber components, castings forgings and CNC machine components
• Spearheading entire gamut of production and planning based operation inclusive of Monitoring production chart, looking after the bending controls line performance, Daily hourly production monitoring reports
• Tool setting and trial components.

• To gained a working knowledge of Polypropylene compounds which is used for automotive applications.
• Learn major components of equipment and also learn proper operating procedures for equipment.
• Coordination with Project Management, Design.
• Department, Quality and Safety Department to meet project goals and objectives.
