- I joined NTS mechatronics as a pioneer to set up the Clean room(ISO 6/7/8) assembly for semiconductor equipment vertical integration as well as testing, qualification and cleanliness requirement like ultrasonic, plasma cleaning UV check & cleaning, cleanroom protocol etc.
- The semiconductor products serving for customers like ASM, KLA TENCOR,APPLIED MATERIALS, ASML, ILLUMINA etc.
- In the Year 2023 when I joined the NTS, the Mechatronics revenue contribution was 20% of the overall revenue, and the remaining was under sheet metal welding and fabrication etc.
- During my initiative for CAPEX and capacity planning and high-volume readiness the Mechatronics revenue became 50% of overall within 3 year and contributed to succeed NPI projects this year that can secure another 40million USD in the upcoming years.
- In NTS, My job scope involves project management by preparing Gantt charts, BOM, Process flow , define process cycle time, technician and engineer skill matrix development, responsible for transfer/NPI projects knowledge transfer, set up the work instructions, check list , test & qualification plan etc with various sites across Europe, Asia and USA.
- My job scope also includes 4M&E analysis, PFMEA, preparing project face-gate, APQP, MMA, Critical to quality (CTQ), SPC and ramp readiness, Business case development etc.
- Academically qualified in Tool & Die engineering and Mechanical Engineering with a strong hands-on experience in precision manufacturing process like sheet metal fabrication, moulding/die casting, TIG/MIG welding, robotic and laser welding, precision machining using high speed milling, turning, EDM & Wire cut etc and secondary process like electro-plating, powder coating and various heat-treatment process as well.
