Job Description

• Safely perform Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance on static and rotating mechanical equipment's.
• Worked independently at Tapis Alpha, Charlie, Foxtrot and Romeo/Quebec/Bravo.
• Demonstrated expertise in versatile problem-solving capabilities across diverse types of machinery including pumps, Gas compressors, heat exchangers, valves, gas turbine systems, Diesel engines, Fire Water pumps, Fire Fighting Equipment's, Life saving equipment's and etc.
• Leadership Role- Acting Maintenance and satellite supervisor. Responsible for the safety of team members and operational efficiency.
• Proficient in SAP Plant Maintenance.
• Leading and managing support teams, vendors, to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
• Planning weekly preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance to minimize equipments downtime and maximize productivity.
• Participate in improving cost of operation and maintenance. (War on Waste).
• Ability to communicate effectively with excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Involve in Emergency Response Preparedness as Damage Control Team Leader.

Key Achievements

• Led the end-to-end replacement of the fire water pump package inclusive of diesel engine, gearbox assembly and submersible pump. Project was completed safely and successfully within planned time frame without impacting production and jeopardizing team members safety.
• Successful LQ power supply recovery of Tapis satellite platform after 5 days of power outage due to short circuit. Motivate team members by maintaining a supportive and solution focused mindset. Lead the team as acting satellite supervisor.

Supporting Roles

• Shutdown coordinator for maintenance workgroup.

• Lead a group of technicians - Assign and delegate tasks based on skills and priorities.
• Involve in assemble, repair, overhaul and pressure testing of Big hole fishing tools and thru tubing tools as per approved procedure.
• Completed extensive equipment overhauls on Drilling jars, under-reamers, whipstock, Hydra jars, Spear, Overshot, Pipe cutters, Tubing cutters and etc.
• Involve in tools testing and inspection of tools and equipment's with Client QA/QC.
• Planning and scheduling of daily operations.
• Troubleshooting of equipment breakdown.
• Final testing and verification of equipment before mobilization for projects with Clients such as Petronas, Lundin, HESS, ExxonMobil, Petrofac.
• Perform RCFA on tools failure during operation with customer representatives.
• Provide tools update and status to manager.
• Manage the allocation of tools, materials and equipments needed for maintenance tasks.
• Provide solution and create new ideas for upgrading tools and equipment to reduce downtime and cost of operation

• Perform maintenance and repair airframe and powerplant.
• Carry out maintenance on Aircraft Hydraulics system.
• Maintenance, repair, overhaul and troubleshoot Gas Turbine Engine and its accessories.
• Participate in Borescope inspection on HP, LP stages.
• Carry out inspection maintenance and repair on accessory gearbox, flaps interconnecting struts, hinges.
• Removed components such as landing gear, engines, and flight control.
• Involve in preparing inspection report, test report, and service manuals preparation.
• Experience working with Airbus A320 and Boeing 737.
• Analyzed engineering drawings and schematics to troubleshoot systems and diagnose solutions.
• Skillfully utilized specialized tools and equipment for precision calibration of critical flight components, ensuring optimal performance levels during operation.
