- This tool helped in managing the Bonds market data mapping and remarking of End of day FX rate
- Developed a tool in Python (Tkinter module) which uses service now rest api
- This tool helped to raise Business data change tickets in service now in quicker and efficient way, it also manages end to end workflow with a click of a button
- It was estimated that by using this tool, fx support team saved 25 mins of each support member per day
- Enhancing above tool now to raise and manage Incident using Python (Tkinter module), using service now rest api
- Managed a team of interns and Enhanced Static data maintenance application (FX Web) for FxOptions application
- This tool is used by FX Support team to update static data
- Co-coordinating with Development and DevOps team for Digitalization and Automation of processes , eg improving current release procedure
