  • This tool helped to raise Business data change tickets in service now in quicker and efficient way, it also manages end to end workflow with a click of a button
  • It was estimated that by using this tool, fx support team saved 25 mins of each support member per day
  • Enhancing above tool now to raise and manage Incident using Python (Tkinter module), using service now rest api
  • Managed a team of interns and Enhanced Static data maintenance application (FX Web) for FxOptions application
  • This tool is used by FX Support team to update static data
