- 1. Electrical System Single Line Diagram of the Switchboard
- A. Ensure that all motors and equipment are all included in the Single Lines.
- B. Preparation of Requisition Specification (Purchase order specification) for electrical packages like Switchboards, MCC, Power Transformer, UPS, Cable, Bulk items etc.
- C. Check full compliance of the switchboard according to the requirements by Company and Industry Specifications.
- D. Check all motors and equipment to comply with the requirements by Company and Industry Specifications.
- E. Coordinate the interfaces with the internal functionality of the switchboard and with the other Systems, such as instruments and controls in overall Facility Control Systems.
- F. Review all the related schematic and internal wiring drawings of the switchboard.
- G. Review all the electrical packages related to the switchboard.
- 2. Electrical Load Analysis
- A. Review and confirm the data of Electrical/Mechanical packages' for Marine and Topside
- B. Categorize electrical equipment according to their duties, e.g. Continuous, Intermittent, etc.
- C. Summarize the electrical loads to determine the Main Switchboard load capacity.
- 3. Review and address comments on:
- A. Electrical Equipment Layout Arrangement
- B. Review equipment packages submitted by various Vendors/Suppliers, their cable schedules, schematic diagrams, block diagrams, termination diagrams, etc.
- C. Overall Cable Schedule (Topside /Marine /Module)
- D. Meetings and Coordination with Clients, Construction and Completion Teams
- E. Monitor drawing and document deliverables
- F. Engineering support
- G. Prepare ATEX equipment register and get approval based on the class approval.
- H. Prepare & Checking of Lifecycle information Template & upload in Aveva Electrical Engineering for Equinor project based on client tagging procedure.
