• Financial Operations & Compliance

  Lead GST ACAP certification process and renewals every 5 years.
  Prepared and reviewed statutory financial statements, RBC Forms (1–4), MAS Insurance Forms (H & 24), and monthly SGX/MAS submissions.
• Team Leadership & Process Optimization
  Managed, mentored, and developed Finance team including recruitment and training.
  Identified operational and financial improvement areas, implemented automation projects and process enhancements in collaboration with IT and business teams.
• Audit, Tax, and Regulatory Reporting
  Coordinated with external auditors and tax agents; ensured timely audit closure and tax filings (ECI, Corporate Tax, GST).
  Managed statutory and internal reporting for subsidiaries and regional compliance matters.
• Risk & Credit Management
  Conducted counterparty risk analysis and monthly reporting; developed risk models aligned with company policy.
  Served as Credit Controller managing collections, reconciliations, and credit policy implementation.
• Products & Commission Accounting
  Managed daily trust transfers and accounting for CFDs, Unit Trusts, SBP, and wealth products. Handled commission processing and reconciliation for life/general insurance and FA channels.
• Payroll Management
  Fully in charge of Remisier, TR, and FA payroll processing and reconciliation, including P&L reporting and bonus calculations.
