Organize & lead annual RFP for local hotels which includes (transient) and meeting & events. With the current feedback & understanding of the market trend, a total of 5% to 8% price reduction for FIT room rates and the meeting packages rates were reduced for a further 3 to 5% across approved hotel which includes additional complimentary services included.
