With the current feedback & understanding of the market trend, a total of 5% to 8% price reduction for FIT room rates and the meeting packages rates were reduced for a further 3 to 5% across approved hotel which includes additional complimentary services included.
  • Lead & negotiated a major streamlining exercise for HR contingency agencies in Singapore used across BUs. By leveraging on the different business requirement in this exercise, it has helped to reduce the vendor pool by 40%, improving payment terms with awarded vendors to corporate payment terms (60 days).
