• Performed infant bathing, burping the infant after feeding, vital signs for the infants and changing diapers for the infant. Assisted other nurses in teaching the mothers different techniques for breastfeeding, how to have a good latch and how to massage the breasts after breastfeeding. Delivering post-natal care to my patients such as physical assessments after they arrive at the ward and ensuring they pass urine at least 2 times in 6 hours. Served medicines such as iron tablet.

• Performed taking of vital signs, changing of diapers, transferring of patients from bed to chair and from chair back to bed, hourly turning to prevent pressure ulcers. Assisted nurses in execution of Doctor's order such as serving of medications and oxygen therapy.
