- Was promoted and tasked to lead Technical Procurement Group that was created in Jan 2020.
- Main purpose of Technical procurement Group was to equip and provide value to IMI with technical sourcing capabilities for major emerging technology business - Ebike and Power Module including key critical components for Built to Prints project.
- For Power Module projects, participate in full life cycle of project. From product development and design cycle including NPI, Mass Production upto EOL of project
- For full box built of Ebike project, participate in localisation of parts for this project that was transferred from End customer in US.

- Joined IMI on Jun 2009 and was stationing in Speedy-Tech Shenzhen, Liantang in China for 7 years before being transferred to Speedy-Tech Singapore starting Jun 2016.
- First 3 years joining company, managed Electro-mechanical, Packaging, PCB and Mechanical commodities. Handled over Mechanical and PCB commodities after respective Commodity managers are in place and continued to manage Electro-Mechanical and Packaging Commodities.
- Also supported IDM - Solder Material and Chemical commodity for supplier consolidation and alternative sourcing in Liantang site while stationing there.
- Between 2016 to 2018, also managed Active and Passive commodity for closed to 2 years due to resignation of respective Commodity Manager.
- Throughout my tenure as Global Commodity Manager, I have been regularly achieving KPI set by company, CR/GPPV/Payment term etc especially with CR/GPPV averaging 5%-12% annually by developing and implementing global sourcing strategies for commodities and improving cash flow management by extending payment terms with suppliers without impacting supply chain performance.
