• Develop electrical topologies, selecting appropriate equipment, and ensuring adherence to project specifications
• Oversee on-site implementation, testing, and commissioning to ensure alignment with the design
• For design-and-build projects, I convert concept designs into detailed plans, while for consultant-led projects, I review and help implement their designs on-site

• Consulting engineering for government and public projects, including commercial buildings and office developments
• Collaborated closely with building owners, architects, and local authorities to design electrical and extra low voltage systems from scratch, ensuring compliance with both Singapore and international standards
• Involved in obtaining regulatory approvals, cost estimation, concept planning, and managing contractors throughout the project execution phase
• Projects: Erection of 3-Storey Building for Singapore Police Force (Contract sum: Around $3M), J108, Construction of railway station, Renovation of Biocontainment lab for national park (Around $1M), Development of Firefighting facilities at Pulau Ubin (Around $1M), Construction of New Office Building at Depot Road (Contract sum: Around $2M), Construction of Ishop at Changi Airport (Contract sum: Around $650k)

• As a Costing Engineer, calculated costs and prepared quotations for mechanical and electrical tenders
• Review low voltage switchgear, BMS, and BAS specifications, creating compliance reports and itemized price lists for variation orders
• Coordinated with customers on project schedules and costs, modifying tenders as needed to meet client requests while ensuring timely completion of all quotations
