- Led company's Health Risk Assessment exercise such as HRA, CHRA, NRA and ERA in compliance to PETRONAS's PTS requirement to ensure risk identified are mitigated and comply to regulation requirements.
- Conducted chemical exposure assessments for various chemical agents in workplace such as ammonia and urea dust, informing appropriate control measure implementation. Ensure engineering control such as LEV in good condition and inspected annually.
- Performed noise level assessments, guiding facility modifications to reduce employee hearing loss risks.
- Managed asbestos abatement projects from initial identification through final clearance testing, ensure the company is free from Asbestos Containing Material (ACM).

- Supported Urea production team in resolving Process Condensate Treatment (PCT) process upset during plant shutdown
- Participated and scribed for the Root cause and failure analysis (RCFA) and successfully identified the root causes and findings
- Played the role of Activity Coordinator Gate Keeper (ACGK) during plant shutdown and followed up closely with maintenance team to ensure all awaiting shutdown job list are executed accordingly
- Planned, coordinated and scribed PASR (Pre-Activity Safety Review) for Urea plant Start-Up
- Assisted PSM on reviewing PASR checklists, inclusive of resource planning and execution of PASR session.
