  • The company purchased Resort in Brisbane and Hotel in Melbourne to revamp
  • Working with design team to review design solutions and ensure to meet project budget with timeline from conceptual to tender stage and completion
  • Working with QS to generate the specification and BOQ
  • Searching for various trade of supplies in China for Built in Furniture, soft finishing, sanitary fittings, Lightings and Loose furniture
  • Inspections of product in China before shipping
  • Coordination of shipment to port and site location
  • Evaluation of Australia Main Con with together with QS and do up comparison for top management approval
  • Visit site for mock up unit and inspect for defects and improvements
  • Set the prototype approved mock up
  • Chair meetings with consultants, contractors, technical expert etc., to resolve any design/budget/technical issues that might derail the project delivery
  • Coordinate building inspections by relevant authorities
  • Ensuring permits and legal papers are secured ahead of the project
  • Direct all site activities of site staff, contractors, and suppliers, etc., and manage the communication between different groups to ensure timely response to project requirements
  • Draw up corrective measures when the building works are off schedule
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety measures
