· The job holder is required to manage the warehouse, physical inventory management, customer delivery, import and export logistics. He/she is also the global co-process champion for JIT procedures and processes.

· As such, the incumbent is responsible for managing the performance of logistics providers both for warehousing as well as for transportation.

· The incumbent manages a team of two warehouse supervisors (one in Malaysia and the other in Singapore) The incumbent also manages the 3rd party warehouse operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand

· This position interacts frequently with the local commercial team, as well as with global and Asia-wide supply chain leaders. On the commercial front, meeting with customers as well as the commercial team are important to understand customer requirements, changes in forecast, and also to communicate Supply Chain policies and processes. He/she is responsible for interpreting these requirements and translating them into manageable Supply Chain processes, in line with global procedures.

· The job holder is responsible and accountable for on time delivery, safety of warehousing and deliveries, managing customer complaints and regulatory compliance.

· This position is also responsible for advising our partners or Sales organizations on Supply Chain solutions and issues for expanding into new areas, such as India, Thailand and the Philippines, or any other new territories in South-East Asia.

• Lead the supply chain continuous Improvement (C.I) projects in Singapore and Malaysia to reduce distribution costs, inventory holding cost and reverse logistics costs
• Manage the safe storage of highly hazardous chemicals and gases store in Air Products warehouses and at 3rd party warehouses in Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines
