• Lead, shepherd, and disciple the ministry team in the according to the strategic direction of the Church
• Lead and mentor the Leaders in their calling, character and skill competency
• Identify and raise potential Bi-Vocational Ministers, and church leaders
• Provide various expressions of pastoral ministry to Jeshuruns and their loved ones
• Responsible for the annual planning and budgeting of various ministries
• Mobilize the resources to serve the needs of the church
• Teach and facilitate in discipleship classes and seminars
• Involve in weekend services and event ministry operations
• Oversee the overall spiritual leadership of the church

• Lead the lay ministry team in the development and growth of a strong small group ministry fostering community/outreach involvement and spiritual growth.

• Mobilize and empower ministry team in the community projects within the dormitory as part of missions

• Oversee English team and implement small group participant recruitment methods and processes ensuring a healthy small groups growth rate.

• Foster a strong, active, growth and recruiting focused network of small group leaders, group members, and individuals interested in becoming part of the church’s small groups ministry through follow up work.

• Involved in other ministerial duties in the form of house visits, hospital visits, counseling, mentoring

1. Effectively build and maintain relationships with members through pastoral care

1. To detect Employment Act non-compliance and educate on the compliance during field inspection to companies.

2. · Performing field duties to interview employees in order to know whether their due rights are given by Employer.

3. · Detect and highlight key areas to company that needs attention for adjustment to meet the rights of the employees and keep up with the Employment Act

4. Interact with both employees and employers to further educate on the revised employment Act.

5. Work together with CPF Board in detecting non-compliance with CPF Act as well

• To detect enforce CPF Act non-compliance as well as promote compliance in the course of investigation
• Interviewing employers and employees (complainants) to ascertain any CPF Act infringement. When liabilities have been established, to contact employers for CPF arrears (including interest for late payment) and rectifications
• Performing field duties in the course of investigation
• Corresponding with employers' and complainants' in the course of investigation, until it is concluded and payments have been arranged
• Educating employer on CPF Act liabilities

1. To ensure legitimate trade practices to support Singapore as a global trade hub through trade security and regulatory compliance

2. Ensuring that proper GST collection on goods passing through checkpoints and no GST fraud is being posed

3. Investigating offenders who flout customs regulations such as smuggling of contraband cigarettes
