• Lead Industrial Engineering (IE) team and developed high-performing engineers with IE capability to support long-term and short-term capacity planning, layout expansion, Tool Productivity Planning and Capital Expenditure (Capex) management
• Work closely with the Management Team, Business, and Finance to develop the Long Term Capacity plan that strategically balances capital investment and demand profiles
• Collaborate with Engineering Team, Facility, and Purchaser to propose Capital expenditure (Capex) budget plan to the Management Team for purchasing tools to support Fab Capacity expansion and changes in product mix
• Develop strategies with cross-functional departments (Business, Production Control, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance) to support customer demand and maximize the organization's revenue and gross margin
• Collaborate and drive the Fab Engineering team to achieve 1.5% year-on-year tool productivity improvement, increasing Fab capacity without additional capital expenditure investment
• Collaborate with the Headquarter cross-functional team in Taiwan to develop and maintain dashboard in Singapore Fab to track key performance metrics and drive data-driven decision-making
• Enhance the Fab layout space to accommodate the installation of additional tools, effectively responding to evolving demand mixes
• Work together with Facility, Safety team, Manufacturing and Engineering team to optimize the arrangement of tools and reduce facility costs
• Ramp management and regular reviews with the Management team, Engineering, Manufacturing, Integration, and Purchasing to adhere to the approved budget, ensuring timely tool delivery, installation and qualification to fulfil customer orders
• Capex Management with Finance team and Fab General Manager to maximize the efficiency of the company’s annual spending
• Drive regular review meetings with the Fab General Manager and key stakeholders from Singapore and Taiwan for Capacity and Capex proposal material before presenting to the Chairman for approval
• Collaborate with Integration, Technology development and Business team to evaluate New Technology Transfer for Capacity and Capex investment to support future demand

• Long Term CAPEX and Capacity Planning Support capacity expansion within and beyond current building size to achieve optimal economies of scale
