Estate Management: Overseeing the maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep of school facilities.
Logistics: Managing the flow of resources, supplies, and equipment within the school.
Safety and Security: Ensuring the safety and security of students, staff, and school property
Vendor and Contractor Liaison: Managing relationships with external vendors and contractors for services like cleaning, maintenance, and repair.
Supervision: Supervising a team of Operations Support Officers from the facilities, cleaning and security team. Also working along with teachers and staffs to get to know their work requirements within the building and provide it.
Budget Management: Working with school leaders and administration to manage infrastructure-related budgets.
Smart Facilities: Ensuring a safe and conducive environment for students, which may include the incorporation of smart facilities in school.
Eg: controlling, scheduling of school BMS (building management system) which controls the building’s lighting and aircon systems including the monitoring of building chiller systems. Following up with the building’s fire safety systems including monitoring of main fire panels within building’s FCC (fire command centre) and sub panels across the building.
