• Manage a team of service providers such as the OT, SLT, intervention specialist and student support teachers as well as other key stakeholders from the school-front supporting students with special needs
• Conduct data review, reflect, and engage with divisional administrations and homeroom teachers in collaborative discussion and dialogue
• Run small-group and 1:1 targeted academic intervention as well as facilitate differentiated and specialized instruction within respective classrooms
• Explore ways to help student access curriculum for targeted group of struggling learners
• Oversee and streamline individualized support for identified students with special needs through the Response-to-Intervention (RtI) model
• Run the after-school academic support program in providing supplemental support for students with academic difficulties
• Part of the Social Emotional action Team of SAIS with the vision of Identifying and support the implementation of effective and relevant social-emotional strategies across school settings
