  • The MDIS Finance systems is being used to handle the MDIS financial operations for their multiple entities across the different locations. And the financial module of the University Management system helps the executives to keep track of student financial records. As the business analyst managing both systems with respect to financial processes – General Ledger (GL), Account Receivable (AR), Account Payable (AP) and Administration (AM) and rectifying the issues/clarification for the stakeholders and as well as for the business users.
  • Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of change request with properly drafted documents and communicating the same to the development team in offshore and managed & performed all the testing-related activities to make the application runs smoothly in a live environment.
  • Project 3: University Management System (UMS) (Current Application)
  • University Management System that intends to develop a centralized web-based solution to computerize all the functionalities of the University of Education domain. Providing application support and implementing the new change requests based on user's requests and testing the same after development by the vendor.
  • Drafted a completed Business Requirement Document for the University Management System, to enhance the features in the application and to make it user friendly. To develop in a newer architecture using latest programming features and frameworks. This project is in progress
  • Generation of Adhoc reports based on user and stake holders’ requests, writing SQL Queries and Stored Procedures via MS SQL Server.
  • Manage all the test related activities and application support for the application.
  • Project 4: Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
  • Experienced in implementing and managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to streamline customer interactions, improve service delivery, and enhance user engagement. Skilled in analyzing customer data to drive targeted marketing campaigns, improve client retention, and support sales strategies.   • Project 5: Human Resource Management System (HRMS)
  • Human Resource Management system is used to manage the MDIS staff’s biodata information and also can able to track and manage the new employee’s Employment Forms and Questionnaire Forms. Also, there are other features as well in web application are follows, Profile to view individual staff details, reports are used to general reporting purpose. When it comes to web/mobile application, it helps the staffs to raise different claims request and get it approved from their respective head to proceed further.
  • During this official travel by MDIS staff can use certain transport for movement and the transportation charges can be claimed via this portal. And there is a condition applied for this claim request which is without getting approval of the corresponding staff movement request user cannot raise transport claims for the respective travel.   • Drafted the SRS, FRS and Business Flow diagrams for this entire project and managed till start to end of the SDLC phase and did the UAT testing along with the stake holders and successfully pushed to Live.
  • Providing timely project updates to the stake holders and to the management on all the aspects of the deliverables.
