The Kiosk was a week-long Food and Beverage event organized by IIHM, where we, as students, had the opportunity to participate, showcase our creativity, and prepare food for visiting guests and tourists.
My role was as a Kitchen Assistant, where I contributed to food preparation and supported the overall operations of the Food & Beverage Department.
It was a fine dining and banquet event hosted by IIHM Kolkata in association with the Skal Organization.
I participated in the seamless execution of the fine dining and banquet service, ensuring an efficient and professional dining experience for Front Office executives and General Managers through attentive service.
