- Job Description: Production Planner for product Refined Glycerine - supplying product Refined Glycerine to local and international customers - scheduling production planning according to customers requested delivery date
- Arranging shipment booking with liner and closely follow up with buyer and coordinate with operation team for smooth delivery without shipment failure
- Closely monitoring monthly sales and update to traders on the space availability for the upcoming month
- Handling customer complain, credit note offsets and close monitor on warehouse space utilisation to avoid space congestion
- Job Description: Handling Import & Export bulk shipments for Raw Materials & Oleochemicals - updating operation manager(OM)& and concern parties (KL office & traders) on raw material stock level under daily basis
- Assist OM on raw material needed for production planning & purchasing - advise trader on the volume needed
- After received shipment nomination from trader/planner, shall start liaise with shipper for documentation needed, internal preparation such as shore tank arrangement based on product

- Prior vessel arrival, follow up with surveyor for tank line sealing - monitoring with local agent on shipment arrival and berthing prospect
- Go on board for endorsing BL and monitor sampling & ullaging/ sounding taken properly by surveyor
- Ensure cargo temperature is within the range as in heating instruction
- After the arrival ullaging and figure ascertain and lab approval shall give instruction to discharge
- Upon commence discharge shall disembark after an hour this to ascertain the discharge pumping rate
- After completion, shall go on board to witness line blowing, ship tank emptiness and wait for the provisional figure
- After waiting few hours for cargo settle down instruct surveyor to do tank closing with tested density
- Update shipper and all relevant parties with outturn and surveyor report
- Arrange for custom duty payment after K2 been issued
- Arrange payment for commercial invoices, debit note and credit notes
- Prepare report and calculate demmurage incurred then submit it to Operation manager for review
- Bulking for export shipments
- Bulking in shore tank and ensure cargo specs and quantity meet as per planned before vessel arrival
- Ensure loading volume meet the contract quantity or within the tolerance level
- Other add on task: - Prepare daily raw material reports and update to marketing team for purchasing
- Planning and recording purchase and sales for all RSPO MB products to keep at positive stock
- Planning and arranging iso road tank/tanker delivery for local and Singapore buyer.
