Pandian Selvarajan

Mr. Pandian Selvarajan joined DP Architects in 2005 as a Resident Architect to work on The Dubai Mall project. His scope of works included quality assurance and quality control including safety for entire project. Overseeing RTOs and Coordination with Consultants and troubleshooting the M&E, Architectural and Structural works interfacing. He was working with DP Consultants as a Senior Project Manager/ Chief Resident Manager (CRM) for the Resorts World at Sentosa project (RWS) for the past 7 years including defects management. Similarly, his responsibility was to inspect the quality of work and oversee the RTOs to ensure the quality control. His experiences in Architectural, façade and interior fit out, landscaping works for deep basements building are the core values to the project. He was tasked to oversee the completion of the RWS- Casino component and entire west Zone such as hotel, Marine Life Park components which has been successfully completed. Also, he has good administrative, communications and having excellent leadership, managed site staff team of 12 and also overseeing the defects rectification and closure of contract completion until December 2014. He had completed the project at OTH (Our Town Hub, Tampines) as a Chief Resident Officer since January 2016 till April 2018. Currently he is working at Sembawang Sports and Community Hub at Sembawang, since 10 May 2018 till now. His specialty is in resolving technical issues, QA/QC to facilitate construction works and building material approvals. His roles and responsibilities in this project are reporting and updating the status of site progress to SO and SO rep, Monitoring the progress, Oversee RTOs, handing over, defects management, chairing technical workshop, Chairing Progress Meeting, Tracking Master program, Safety issues, Liaison with operations team, Liaison with sports SG team for swimming pool area, Payment certification and EOT assessments. His work experience includes monitoring the progress, supervision of community, commercial, sports, institutional and residential. He is also specialised in trouble shooting during design and construction stage since he gained excellent site work experience of 32 years, which produces a workable design output. He has a very good knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketch up, Revit and Photoshop packages.
