• To provide CAE solutions for various Application/products related to four market segments: Transportation, Consumer, Industrial and Construction.
• Process simulation expert, to provide injection molding solutions like Gate optimisation, process optimisation and various trouble shooting related to customer's
  product/application.
• Customer meetings to gather inputs like boundary and loading conditions, CAD models and problem area.
• Help customer to select right material for the application.
• Setting up of the analysis deck by using relevant software like Moldflow and Moldex 3D.
• Provide detailed analysis report to address customer's query.
• Excellent team player, always strive to learn more and share the know how to local
  and regional team.
• Worked with Global CAE team to support their projects.
• Supported in the metal to plastic developments of many automotive components like Cylinder head cover, mirror bracket, AC vents, window regulator and engine mount.
• Worked on the optistruct to develop new design from scratch.
• Software tools used to provide these CAE solutions are : Moldflow Injection molding simulation), Abaqus (Structural analysis) and Hypermesh (Pre processing).
• Provide ideas for material selection for the E vehicle parts.
• Interaction with vendors to upgrade the existing software/ implementation of new software.

Core responsibility:

• To provide technical solutions using FEA/CAD for the applications related to industrial products, marine equipment's, medical devices and automobiles.
• Executed many structural analysis (Linear/non-linear Static Analysis, Dynamic Analysis including Normal Mode, Frequency Response, Drop, Transient Response, Strength & Stiffness Analysis, Vibration Analysis, Optimization and Basics of Fatigue/ Durability Analysis) as a part of troubleshooting or validation process.
• Worked on the assembly level, sub assembly level or component level to provide relevant FEA analysis.
• Customer meetings to gather inputs regarding analysis like boundary and loading conditions, material selection and functioning at assembly level.
• Provided detailed technical report to customer for each analysis.
• Help customer to improve the existing application/product by giving innovative ideas. - Used CAD tools to provide new designs or change in the existing design of the application.
• Excellent team player, worked with big t e a m almost 30 people) to reach the organization goal.
