  • Involved in the sale and tenancy of shop houses and office units
  • Responsible for all landlords property , including tenancy renewal , leasing ,building maintenance
  • resolve disputes over tenancy agreements clauses
  • Liaise with contractors, technicians and suppliers to solve tenants problems (toilet bowl choke, aircon maintenance, glass door panels, cracked tiles, faulty light and power over loading)
  • Negotiate quotation charges with contractors to carry out repair works of reinstating fixtures, fittings & patch holes on walls
  • Prepare office unit for new tenant (company). Search for and consolidate Handover keys. Handover to tenant and arrangement of security deposit payment
  • Supervision cleaner and security guard in performance and completion of duties and responsibilities to oversee general maintenance and cleanliness of office building (light bulbs, staircases, toilet, lift, front porch , car park and lobby)
  • Prepare monthly vacancy listing and operation report.
  • Involve in new project development, liaise with Architect , QS , PE and Main contractor for projection cost and progress etc
  • Responsible for Annual renewal of Building Licenses (FC , PTO , EMA Etc)
