Current Job Description

  • Investigate all complaints/feedback from MOP, NOK, POH, and patients
  • Consult relevant internal/external authorities on conditions of incidents
  • Prepare interim/final reports for management
  • Prepare official response to patient, NOK, MOP, and POHs (if needed)
  • Maintain investigation files in accordance with records management requirements
  • Provide end to end secretarial services for official meetings e.g., CFTG monthly Co-ord meetings
  • Pre-booking of meeting venues, preparing attendees’ list and sending physical/virtual meeting invites
  • Preparing meeting decks and dissemination of approved meeting minutes to relevant attendees before next meeting
  • Conduct site visits for patient and NOK feedback
