• Provide secretarial and admin support to all C suite level including expats from korea.
• In charge of all the Korean’s secretarial and admin.
• Booking of air tickets (visa) if needed & accommodation as well as activating auto roaming if needed.
• Booking of either car or bus depending on how many Koreans colleagues who will be coming over to Singapore for meetings or site visit.
• Drawing up an itinerary for our overseas colleagues for their air tickets, accommodation, their lunch and dinner, transport back to hotel.
• Ordering of lunches for C suite and expats daily.
• Renewal of their houses in Singapore every 2 years as well as assist in their wifi and miscellaneous things like quarterly aircon servicing or other repair jobs.
• Able to travel to sites once awhile to run errands for their housing matters.
• Pantry restocking
• Taking charge of the printer consumables such as printer, ink, toner, paper.
• Additional of invoices using the system called Gira for Finance to make payment.
