One of my ex-directors, whom I had worked for more than 5 years was sharing with me her observance on me, I am someone who possesses a strong will with unique sheer guts and firm determination finds all difficulties solved and not disheartened by failures, one day I will definably become an incredibly debt recovery specialist if I chose to go down into this path. I have worked in a diverse range of industries and till now, I am still enthusiastic working with people from all levels of society helping and managing their outstanding debts. Based on my past record handling back-end ages debts and the accomplishments working with those reputable debt collection firms/ industries since I am 20 years old. I am confident and have already proven that I am a dependable debt specialist with flexibility, catalyze debt recovery process, legal protection, proper documentation, and enough expertise to maximize profit for the company. I am willing to work hard and do whatever is require of me while maintaining my professionalism in this rapidly expanding industry. I am a goal-oriented person, personally felt that assigning goal to ourselves, it will drive us to become more competitive and attain quality results within the quoted period. Every company I joined, I always recognized as one of the top best collectors and having the ability to solve arising problems. These problems arise due to unmet circumstances, and I can convince and ensure all the parties are fully satisfied with the situation at my fingertips. Effective communication and building trust with people also part of my strong forte. I always believed to communicate properly with someone, I need to be a good listener then I will be able to analyze and evaluate the situation before reacting, by doing that I always achieved impressive results. Everyone aware that debts collection is not an easy job, it is a lengthy process, time-consuming and challenging, especially those old debts and I am still able to survive in this industry mainly because I am very persistent and an extreme patient person. Without persistency, it is hard to succeed in this trade. Helping to solve problems between the parties, suggesting and advise the debtor to identify other fruitful projects that can help them clear their outstanding debts, creative quick analytical person is just born in my blood! Lastly, empathize with the debtor play a huge part of this whole game. Debtors will delay paying their outstanding balances because of various circumstances. Some of these events are traumatic, such as loss of job, death, divorce, etc. We need try to console them, letting them to have a peaceful mind and direct them to the right path so that they will gradually start paying up bit by bit, rather than pressurizing them, eventually they might challenge us back to take legal actions against them. End up we recover nothing, yet still must pay for the costly legal proceeding charges against them.
