- Carried out day to day and 24/7 monitoring duties and maintained the serve state of the Singapore's Island Air Defence Network.
- Maintained the serve state of RSAF satellite communications.

Network Monitoring Supervisor
- Supervise a team of experts to monitor the health state, traffic flow and manage the configuration of the RSAF tactical networks through the Network Management Systems (NMS) to ensure their high availabilities and consistent performance in support of the RSAF missions.
- Oversees the scheduled activities for the day to ensure that any project/maintenance activities are carried out and completed timely with the right system and network with external agencies.
Network Configuration and Analytics Supervisor
- Supervise a team of experts in maintaining the accuracy of the network configuration, NMS and IA application detection rules, and documentation.
- Performed trending and analyzing the data harnessed on the networks to gain insights and provide deeper analysis on the operation impact.
Lead Network Operationalization
- Worked closely with Air Force Engineer (AFE), ST Engineering (STE) & DSTA System Managers on network project testing and Tech Refresh.
- Lead the Network Monitoring System enhancements efforts to meet operations requirement by providing operational and technical inputs to DSTA System Manager to enhance the NMS enable audio alerts in addition to visual cues for any events flagged out by SolarWinds.
- Lead planning and coordination with Air Force Engineer (AFE) to provide the manpower/system support requirements for the installation, Checkout, Integration and Testing (ICIT) of the network systems.
- Lead the conduct of Onsite Acceptance Test (OSAT) with DSTA Project Management Team and coordinated for the manpower/system support requirements for conduct of OSAT.
