  • Supported the design and coordination of end-to-end operational workflows across researchers, system integrators, and service providers within a complex digital twin research environment.
  • Facilitated collaboration between over 10 technical and non-technical stakeholders to align user needs, system constraints, and goals to co-develop a live Digital Twin within NUS.
  • Contributed to the development of the MVP version of the Digital Twin service within 4 months, enabling real-time remote interaction between users and on-site robotic and IoT systems.

  • Planned and conducted qualitative research through in-depth interviews (n=15) at the Sundown Festival 2025 to explore relational loneliness and social disconnection among youths.
  • Synthesised qualitative data with thematic analysis to uncover key behavioural, emotional, and contextual barriers to forming meaningful interpersonal relationships.
  • Applied Design Thinking and the Double Diamond framework to translate research insights into clear opportunity areas.
  • Co-designed and prototyped an experiential, research-led creative solution (“ The Self Shelf ”) to encourage self-reflection and dialogue.
