-Responsible for monitoring, acknowledgement and optimizing alarms as international upstream, B2B customer (DIA,DPLC,L2VPN,L3VPN,IP Transit)incidents and FBB incidents.
-Handling Tickets to solve Customer Complaints (Transit/MPLS ,L2,L3/DIA,Mobile Services(2G/4G)) and Traffic Congestion on metro network cause by link down accidents.
-Familiar with Huawei optical transmission managment software U2000 and Netumen (Zte).
-Coordinate the customers and international incidents to restore within SLA.
-Support the team for checking the customer's physical/logical issue and escalate/transfer to relate team If advance analysis is needed on that issue.
-Cooperate with other supporting teams and branches to upgrade the bandwidth and find the solutions to avoid service congestion in Mytel metro network.
-Responsible for making links over threshold report daily.
-Analyze and follow up with branches and partners on metro network's high attenuation links to stable the network quality.
-Responsible for making the monthly customers incidents report to higher level.
-Check/assign/control Work Order and trouble tickets to related teams
