  • Coordinate with internal and 3rd Party Warehouse to ensure all incoming raw materials and incoming packaging materials are sampled and inspected according to requirement
  • Prepare and conduct sensory evaluation of incoming raw materials to ensure sensory profile (taste, colour and appearance) meets specification.
  • Prepare and conduct sensory evaluation of finished goods to ensure sensory profile (taste, colour and appearance) meets specification.
  • Prepare and conduct physical-chemical analysis of incoming raw materials (e.g. colour, slip melting point, pH)
  • Assist in the sampling of raw materials for shelf-life extension request.
  • To monitor the quality of the shelf-life extended raw materials on a monthly basis.
  • Management of QC retention samples to ensure samples are received according to sampling plan and expired items are disposed timely and space is sufficient to accommodate samples of upcoming production.
