• Prepare cash flow forecast to ensure enough funds to proceed daily settlements.

Accounting System - SAP BI

• Handling full set of accounts including AP
• AR, GL and bank reconciliation for several companies which include Restaurant and Bar, Trading, Professional and Management industry
• Responsible for SST and GST submission on MYSST and TAP System and in charge of any matter regarding SST and GST
• Liaised with clients on any issues arises regarding the accounts
• Key person for Audit & Tax matter
• Prepare Fixed Asset schedules and Hire Purchase Schedule for audit purposes
• Liaised with Customs regarding SST and GST issues and solved the issues arise on behalf of clients

Accounting system - MYOB, SQL

• Carried out clearing of alerts triggered in Norkom monitoring system to achieve closure on time
• Supported HQ by liaising with branches on any cases that required further investigation
• Ensured the branch raised necessary form for high risk customer's cases
• Examined the suspicious/non-suspicious transaction which required further attention
• Identified the hit alerts whether it is “true” or “false” hit based on General Circular(GC) released by
• BNM.

• Prepared all various reports including monthly and sales reports within the dateline
• Planned the promotion for the outlet to increase sales budgeted by HQ
• Conducted the interview for hiring new staff and also managing 6 staffs in the outlet.
