Im in the EP department at first and after tat i was train to do cross depart which i will be supporting the work permit depart too. i assisted to advise pass holder on their card renewal and the eligibility and requirement of each pass.

Basically Call Lade Enterprises supply manpower for PSA ,

-Did recruiting for the company,arranging candidates to come down to HQ for interview. Contract signing etc document that require by company to be sign.

-Plan out candidates to go for courses that requires by PSA, apply courses for the candidates too.

- Apply PSA Pass for new candidates that going for courses

-issue PPE Gear to new worker (company unifrom and all the things that need to be issue to worker)

-brief candidates for their courses & brief new worker for their IN-HOUSE TRAINING.

-update master data & data base

- ensuring that all worker when for vaccination and swab test when necessary.

-handle foreigners worker, new passport , pass holder update .

-attend to worker needs such as resignation (exit interview), any document preparation such as Letter of company to HDB or Bank etc.

- do ad hoc job ,look for agency or house property for foreign worker to stay

-scanning of profile when necessary

-when for job exhibition as recruiter.

-take care of inventory in HQ. Set each worker a username and password for the inventory system.

i did HR Executive as recruitment team and processing team. My contract with call lade ends by 31 July 2021. I would like to still continue my journey in Human Resources industry .
