Project : Public Market (Investment)

I was responsible for overseeing migration user acceptance testing (UAT) for an investment system, supporting business functional testing across multiple modules. This project allowed me to enhance my skills in organizing and facilitating meetings to address outstanding issues. Operating within an Agile framework, we adhered to a three-week timeline to complete each module, ensuring efficient collaboration and timely delivery.In addition to my UAT responsibilities, I expanded my knowledge in the banking domain by conducting integration testing for SWIFT transaction status. This experience required a deep understanding of transaction processes, ensuring the accurate and secure flow of financial data within the system

Project : Yahoo Sports (iOS and Android)

As a mobile app tester for the Yahoo Sports app on both iOS and Android platforms, I was responsible for ensuring high-quality performance and user experience across different devices. I utilized tools such as JIRA for bug tracking, Charles for network traffic testing, and ADB Shell commands for build installation and crash log tracking. Additionally, I leveraged Android Studio for analyzing crash logs, contributing to the identification and resolution of critical issues. My work helped maintain the app’s stability and performance, enhancing the overall user experience

Project : e-payment system (web system)

I successfully led the implementation of a new e-payment feature for an over-the-counter system, allowing users to perform withdrawals via direct money transfer to bank accounts, in addition to the existing cash-out and cheque options. This project required seamless integration between the web system and bank transaction systems. The new feature streamlined the withdrawal process for both officers and the public, enhancing user convenience and modernizing the payment system

Project : Redemption for 3rd party - Bankruptcy, Deceased case

I successfully extended the e-payment system to streamline back-office transactions and business procedures. Previously, payments were handled through traditional cheque transfers, which required significant time to complete. The new enhancement introduced direct payment options to Amanah Raya Berhad, reducing processing times and increasing efficiency. Additionally, I implemented customized reporting enhancements to support the new payment methods, ensuring comprehensive tracking and compliance with business requirements

Project : Service Request to enhance MyKad Guardian Feature

I led the enhancement of the MyKad Guardian feature for the front-office system, enabling seamless input from MyKad readers for minor account holders under 18 years old. This enhancement streamlined processes such as registering new minor account holders, and updating guardian-related information like bank account details, telephone numbers, and mailing addresses. The project also involved aligning these updates with changes to ASNB's printed forms. I was responsible for configuring various MyKad readers, including Sagem and Iris devices, ensuring their compatibility and integration with the web system for a smooth user experience

• I was responsible for providing second-level support, which included configuring web system settings to resolve over-the-counter issues, such as ensuring system compatibility with specific desktop environments and troubleshooting technical issues related to system performance.
• In addition to my regular duties, I was responsible for supporting data center mock testing, where we simulated real-world activities for disaster recovery scenarios. This involved configuring and testing recovery settings to ensure data and systems could be restored in the event of production failures. These simulations were part of pre-production practices to prepare for potential system damage, ensuring that effective data recovery methods were in place
