  • Assist Resident Manager to co-ordinate the interview of Supervisors, Team Leader, Cleaners etc
  • Provide advice and support for recruitment and selection service, retention and development of site office staff, supervisor and cleaners
  • Record and be accountable for all consumables supply (i.e staff uniform, name tag and punch card etc) issue to the new staff and recorded return items on offboarding staff
  • - Maintaining prepare perform and handle all recruitment
  • Maintain effective strategies communications, benefits administration and orientation staff on Admin and Human Resource policies and procedures, new hires, paper work such and employment letter, confirmation letters, processing work permit, employment pass of the staff under control

  • Overtime assignment, back up for absent staff and shift rotation
  • Provide counseling, handling grievances and to resolve complex or out of operations problems to all the staff
