Admin process
1) Policy despatch
- Ensure TRT is achieved
- Liaising with vendors to ensure there is no delay in process (from ordering and monitoring policy jackets and envelopes to policy documents that are dispatched to policyholders)
- Ensure documents returned by vendor due to error are fixed and monitored till they are ready to be sen to policyholder.
- Preparing policy documents for Brunei branch and ensure all needed documents are collated accordingly
- ePolicy handling. Ensure that policyholders get their SMS in time to avoid delays.
- Handling of despatch mailbox and attend to emails from other department or colleagues for policy despatch matters.
2) DPS data entry
- Receive multiple DPS forms from different channels to data entry to underwriters for their further actions and processing
3) Medical port
- To liaise with stakeholders for medical reports that are needed by underwriters. (call/email/fax)
- Ensure that reports are received and uploaded for underwriter's review.
- Ensure that reports received are paid by either cheque or direct credit
- Raise payments as promptly to finance to avoid further delays to the process.
- Liaising with stakeholders if underwriters have further query may it be for the medical reports or medical examination policyholders done at clinic.
- In charge of block billing arrangement for hospitals for all our GEL branches
- Liaising with finance team if there are any issues with payment
- In charge of releasing reports (the ones that company is able to release) to policyholders
- Handling medical mailbox and ensuring all emails are up to date
- Assisting high net worth team closely on medical enquires that are needed as these cases are the most prioritized.
4) Other adhoc roles
- Preparing documents to send to vendor for their further processing
- Liaising with vendor if documents are not scanned in system properly
- Ensure emails from vendor are replied promptly
- Training newcomers their roles for the team
- Working with the leaders on how to further enhance working experience/procedures for the future
