Achievements :

• Creating a tracker for new Master Data Workflow application for new SKU creation. (Animal Health) Which enables the team to monitor the progress of the SKU creation, in order to be ready logistically and meet the launch timeline
• A key member in the Singapore Go Green Project where we have successfully implemented electronic patient information for most of our Human Pharma products for Singapore.

• Creating Standard Operating Procedures for Retail Stores on all Retail Logistics matters
• Responsible for handling orders timely and accurately in the ERP system (Navision)

• Total Number of Online Market Places: 2
• Take charge of the customs clearance and handling within the markets
• Researching for the most efficient and cost saving third party logistics to handle Singapore and Malaysia market
• Analysing the historical sales data and propose for Visual Merchandise change in store or markdown on slow moving and dead stocks
• Meeting the replenishment point that sustains the right forecast for sales
• Supporting finance in providing the right documentation related to logistics in preparation for audits
• Ensuring that the stores and partners are receiving the right order quantities and doing necessary follow up for any discrepancies
• Taking lead in establishing continuous improvement practices that improve supply chain, company performance and customer experience through commercial meetings and trainings
• Key Achievement: Daniel Wellington retail store in Singapore and Malaysia stocks accuracy was maintained at 98% from initial of 3%
• This was achieved within 3 months of joining the company.

• Leading and develop Goods flow receiving team of 30 co-workers
• Working with the Goods flow Management Team as well as the store commercial team in ensuring the highest goods availability for customers
• Contribute with relevant Goods flow input and feedback to store business goals and action plans
