  • Responsible to ensure the goods is correct after produce and released from system before arranging shipment.
  • Need to ship on time with the ETA given with the correct sets of documents.
  • Responsible to do a halal checking for all incoming raw material Shipments for use in our production
  • Receive Purchase Order from Customer and check price before put into the system and forwarded to the respective department for them to arrange production and advise us the RFD Date.
  • Liaising with forwarder for transportation booking either LCL, FCL and Air Freight.
  • Coordinate shipment procedures and liaise with internal departments to ensure order fulfillment as per customer's request.
  • Ensure vessel schedule Eta /Etd within the time frame.
  • Handling export shipping documentations such an invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, marine insurance, bill of lading and LC dox, embassy endorsement with Indian Chamber, Form D
  • Liaise with external party transportation, shipping companies, for space and services.
  • Ensure full set of shipping documents are couriered to customers on time.
  • follow up on payment from customers.
  • Co-ordinate and liaise with various departments and customer to ensure smooth transaction in all import & export shipments
  • Update and maintain shipping schedule reports.
  • Perform frequent follow up to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers on shipping schedules
  • Liaise with shipping line/ agent for freight quote & booking.
  • Ensure customer shipping requirements are fulfilled in and effective and efficient manner.

  • Applying for the food export cert, free sales certificate and Vet Health Cert with Singapore food agency
  • Create Booking with DHL system to arrange the customer document, cargo and sample.
